Tasks
- Develop an action plan for the committee stating its general objectives and consistent with the objectives of the college vice-deanship.
- Studying international cooperation and developing proposals and foundations for exchanging experiences and knowledge in coordination with the Deanship of the College.
- Follow-up and support for teaching assistants and scholarships to ensure their academic excellence.
- Follow-up the study process for the scholarship students, from the teaching assistants and lecturers, to ensure the completion of their tasks.
- Developing the capabilities of faculty members and supporting bodies in the field of postgraduate studies to achieve the quality of scientific and research performance for postgraduate students.
- Follow-up examination work for postgraduate students.
- Guiding and directing postgraduate students, and solving their problems.
- Coordination with the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies regarding the application of regulations and laws related to postgraduate studies.
- Receiving the files of postgraduate students applying to the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and distributing them to the various departments in the college.
- Contribute to the design of the newly developed and developed postgraduate programs.
- Submit an annual report to the college administration on the activities of the committee
